First use of your new robot window cleaner.

A good start is half the battle, so we have created a step-by-step guide to ensure you use and set it up correctly.

A robot window cleaner is a device that is highly suitable for homes or apartments with large window surfaces. Especially in an apartment complex, it is often challenging to clean the windows. The robot works neatly in lanes, completing the window and returning to the spot where it started. Additionally, the robot window cleaner can also be used for other surfaces, such as a glass shower wall or bathroom tiles. However, it is important that the gaps between the tiles are not too large; otherwise, the robot cannot create a proper vacuum. The robot window cleaner is also suitable for cleaning doors and tabletops.

How the robot window cleaner works

Do you want sparkling clean windows in no time? The Zoef Robot window cleaner Bobbie 2.0 makes this possible. The robot can be controlled in three ways. The first way is by simply pressing the button on the robot. Then, pick up the robot and place it on the desired window. Press the button again to secure the window cleaner onto the window. The second way is by using a remote control. The third and final way is via an app. Even with methods two and three, you still need to place the robot on the desired window yourself. With the remote control or the app, you can select the cleaning pattern for the robot window cleaner: horizontal, vertical, or both.

For optimal performance, the robot window cleaner is equipped with a gyroscope, which helps it determine where it has already cleaned and which areas still need attention. Additionally, it is important to dampen the microfiber cloths before use. This can be done with a little water and a small amount (1/4th) of cleaning vinegar. The use of Glassex or similar products is not recommended, as these products can cause streaks, which is definitely not desirable!

Maintenance of the robot window cleaner

The great thing about a robot window cleaner is that it is maintenance-free. However, it is important that the microfiber cloths are clean during use. If they are dirty, they can be machine washed at 30-40 degrees. After a few months of use, it is recommended to replace them with a new set for consistently great results. It is also crucial to use the provided safety cable to secure the robot window cleaner. The cable ensures that the robot does not get damaged in the event of a fall.
