Shipping & Returns

Delivery/Shipping

Zoef Robot strives to ship orders within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment.
We will inform you about the shipment of your package and will provide you with the Track & Trace information. The shipping time of your package is usually 1 to 2 working days. If you have not received a track and trace code, please check whether it has not ended up in the SPAM folder.
In general, your order will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 days. If this is not the case, we will inform you.

Delivery of the Order

At home, at work or at another address
You can change the address and have your order delivered to your work, friends or family. Then add this address to customer details. We will then ensure that your order reaches the correct destination.
At a collection point
Don't feel like waiting at home for the delivery person? Have your order* delivered to a PostNL collection point at Gamma, Primera, and many other collection points. Then add "Collection at Collection Point" to the shipping method.
You can then select the nearest collection point under Customer details. We will then ensure that your order is delivered to a collection point.

If you give the postman permission to leave it somewhere, it is at your own risk. If it gets lost, we are not liable and no compensation/new delivery will take place. Unfortunately, these are the terms of the parcel delivery services.

 

Shipping & Service costs

Sending orders within the Netherlands is free, provided the total amount of your order is more than € 100. If you order for less, we will charge shipping costs.
Shipping costs will also be charged for shipping abroad, with the exception of Belgium.
We will not ship an order if it cannot be shipped completely, unless this has been discussed with the customer.
Do you have additional wishes regarding how the order should be delivered? Please enter this in the comments box. We will see whether this can be achieved. If additional costs are required, you will be charged for these. Only when these service costs have been paid can the order be shipped.

Returns

Of course, you may want to reconsider your purchase decision. After purchasing an item in our webshop, you have the option to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. In practice, this means that after you have received your item, you still have 14 days' reflection period to cancel the agreement. You do not have to give a reason for this. You then have 14 days to return the product. However, it is very important that you return the item and all accessories supplied - if reasonably possible - in the original condition, unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. If this is not the case, we will charge costs for this.

For business orders, however, there is no trial period for the ordered items. We nevertheless strive to explore the possibility of taking back the products under goodwill. We will make a credit offer based on “restocking fees. These costs will vary based on the throughput of the product and other costs that must be incurred to make the product saleable again.

After registering the return, we will refund the order amount including shipping costs.
Provided the above-mentioned return has been received in good order. Costs for returning are at your own expense.

If you want to return the item because it is damaged and/or defective upon receipt, it is important that you inform us as soon as possible.

Items purchased through Zoef Robot can be exchanged and/or returned without giving reasons. We kindly request that you follow the following instructions when returning the item:

  • Complete the online return form here.
  • You return the item within 14 days to the address stated on the returns form.
  • The costs for returning are at your expense. We have paid the shipping costs to you.
  • You must send the item - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging and undamaged.
  • The article is complete and without signs of use.
  • The article also includes all supplied accessories and any extras supplied.
  • You must include your proof of purchase (invoice).
  • You may only try out the item on the condition that there are no signs of wear and/or damage.
  • If there is a reduction in value as a result of damage, this reduction in value can be charged to you as a consumer.

The customer is obliged to send the items to be returned at his own expense, this can be sent by post. (The items to be returned) must always be sufficiently stamped, returns with insufficient stamps will NOT be accepted and therefore NOT credited.
