You can charge your mobile phone by plugging a suitable charging cable into SAAR's USB port. When the battery indicator lights illuminate, it means your phone or other device is being charged. The cable with which the devices can be charged is supplied with Saar.

Frequently asked questions and advice

Saar: Can the UV-C robot break if it falls?"
No, that should not be possible. This is because there are fall sensors on it. Please note that you keep the sensors clean, so that they are not blocked. It can also happen that with beds with slowly sloping edges, the sensors see the abyss too late and therefore cannot drive back in time.

Saar: Can you look into the UV-C light?"
No, looking into the light can be bad for your eyes. You also shouldn't get it on your body, or on the skin of animals. The UV-C light kills both good and bad bacteria.
Saar: What should I do if my UV-C robot stops working?"
If SAAR does nothing at all, try the following:
-
Try charging SAAR with the charging cable. Charge SAAR until she is fully charged.
-
Turn the main switch to OFF and check if there are no hairs or other objects around the wheels. If present, remove them and restart the robot.
-
If the problems persist, please send an email to service@zoefrobot.nl
Saar: Why aren't the sensors on my UV-C robot working as well anymore?"
This is because the sensors cannot function properly when exposed to sunlight, halogen, or other light sources. Also, make sure the sensors are clean and clear so they can function optimally. And do not use the robot on completely transparent surfaces (such as clear glass or acrylic), as the sensors will not function properly.
