Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. Haven't received a code? Please check your spam folder.
The expected delivery time is 2-3 business days. Should your order be delayed, we will inform you.
Delivery Options
Home or to another address
You can have your order delivered to an address of your choice, such as your work or to family/friends. Please specify the desired delivery address in your customer details.
Pick up at a PostNL point
Don't feel like waiting at home? Then choose “Pick up at Collection Point” as the shipping method. You can then select a collection point (e.g. Gamma, Primera) in your customer details. Your order will be delivered there.
Please note: Do you give permission to the delivery person to leave the package unattended? Then this is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss.
Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders from €100,-.

For orders under €100,-, shipping costs will be charged.

Shipping abroad (with the exception of Belgium) is always subject to a charge.
Return Policy
It may happen that you wish to return your purchase. After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons. Within this period, you can return the product.
Conditions for returns:

You return the item within 14 days after dissolution.

The product must be returned – if reasonably possible – unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.

Include the proof of purchase (invoice).

The item may only be tried out to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Traces of use or damage may lead to a reduction in value, which will be charged to you.

All supplied accessories must be included.
Please note: The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Insufficiently stamped shipments will not be accepted or credited.
Damaged or defective product?
Is the product damaged or defective upon receipt? Please contact us as soon as possible.
Return process:

Completely fill in the online return form.

Send the item to the address stated on the return form.

After correct receipt of the return, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, to your account within 14 days.
Business orders:
For business purchases, there is no statutory cooling-off period. However, we will assess on a case-by-case basis whether a return is possible on a goodwill basis. If approved, we will make a credit proposal, taking into account restocking fees. These depend on the product's turnover rate and additional processing costs.
