Warranty
We attach great importance to the quality of our products and naturally do everything we can to deliver your order to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it can happen that something goes wrong during transport or that another problem occurs, entitling you to a warranty claim.
Warranty Conditions
If you discover a defect, you must report it to us within two months of discovery, as required by law. If the defect falls within the warranty conditions, we will arrange for replacement or repair of the product free of charge.
- Our robots come with a warranty period of two (2) years after receipt of the product, with the exception of the cases listed below. Within this period, we guarantee that the product is free from material and manufacturing defects.
If the product does not meet the warranty standard, we will repair or replace it free of charge within a reasonable period.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The following situations and parts are not covered by the warranty:
1. Exceptions for product parts:
- Batteries
- Accessories
- Consumables such as:
- Filters
- Brushes
- Dust bags
- Blades
- Cleaning cloths
- Cleaning solutions
2. Damage due to use or circumstances:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper or rough use
- Damage due to:
- Accidents
- Misuse or neglect
- Fire, water, or lightning damage
- Force majeure/natural disasters
- Failure to follow user instructions
- Use of unauthorized parts or cleaning agents
- Modifications or repairs by yourself or third parties without our permission
- Insufficient packaging upon return
- External causes such as:
- Power outages or fluctuations
- Poor internet connection
- Weak Wi-Fi signal in the home
3. Administrative conditions:
- The serial number has been removed, damaged, or is illegible
- You have violated the warranty conditions or your agreement with us
4. Own repair attempts:
- You have attempted to repair the product yourself without consultation
- You have not followed the user manual

Return shipment for complaint:

For returning an item under a warranty claim, the customer can request/receive a shipping label.

If the customer chooses to return the item themselves, shipping costs may be reimbursed under the following conditions:
- The complaint falls within the statutory warranty period of 2 years.
- The complaint is deemed justified after assessment by Zoef Robot.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of:
- €6.95 for returns within the Netherlands
- €11.95 for returns from abroad
If the above conditions are met, the shipping costs will be credited to the customer afterwards.
We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, and always in consultation with you. Always carefully follow our instructions during the return process for smooth handling.
