How do I best maintain my Zoef Robot?
This depends on the product:
Robot lawn mower maintenance
- Clean the cutting deck weekly with a brush or cloth (no garden hose for some models!).
- Check the blades regularly for wear; replace them every few months for optimal mowing results.
- Remove grass clippings and dirt from the wheels and housing.
- Charge the battery properly and store the mower dry in winter.
Robot vacuum cleaner maintenance
- Empty the dustbin after each cleaning.
- Clean the brushes (especially with pet hair) and remove hair or dust buildup.
- Check and replace the filter (HEPA or standard) once a month or according to use.
- Keep the sensors clean with a dry cloth for good navigation.

What is the delivery time for a product bought on sale?

How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and are usually delivered within 2–3 business days (Netherlands). You can choose for home delivery or pick up at a parcel point.
What are the shipping costs at Zoef Robot?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €100. Below that amount, standard shipping costs (€6.95) apply. For Belgium and other EU countries, adjusted rates apply.
How does returning work and what is the cooling-off period?
Private customers have a 14-day cooling-off period and may return without giving a reason (provided unused and complete). This does not apply to business orders, but we are happy to think along with you.
What is covered by the warranty and what is the Security Package?
You get a 2-year standard warranty on Zoef Robot products (excl. consumables). With the optional 3-year Security Package (€69.95) you are extra insured against theft, fall, impact and water damage (deductible €40)
Can I order spare parts or accessories for my Zoef Robot?
Yes, via our website you can easily order original accessories and parts, such as brushes, knives, filters or batteries. This way your robot stays in top condition, without having to purchase a new device immediately.
