If the power cable twists or rolls up, either the cable is not fully unrolled, perhaps you have an obstruction in the pool, or it is stuck in the pool's main drain.

Can the robot not clean the entire pool surface? Then you might not have the power unit in the right place. Move it so that the robot can reach the entire surface.

If there are algae on the bottom of the pool, they must first be removed from the bottom and walls. These can disrupt navigation because the robot can slip. Do you have an unusual pool shape? Then you might need to adjust the robot's position. Ada, Ranomi, and Maarten can handle round - oval - rectangular or kidney-shaped pools.
