Ada: I have a problem with cleaning

If the power cable twists or rolls up, either the cable is not fully unrolled, you may have an obstruction in the pool, or it is stuck in the main drain of the pool.

Can the robot not clean the entire pool surface? Then you may not have placed the power unit in the correct spot. Move it so that the robot can reach the entire surface.

If there are algae on the bottom of the pool, they must first be removed from the bottom and walls. These can disrupt navigation because the robot can slip. Do you have an unusual pool shape? Then you might need to adjust the robot's position. Ada and Maarten can handle round, oval, rectangular, or kidney-shaped pools.
