Anna: cannot connect to the APP

Check if you have installed the correct APP:

  • Anna -> Zoef Robot Smart App. If the robot has not yet received the App update, please contact us at service@zoefrobot.nl
  • Make sure the robot connects to the APP.
    • Press the on/off button on top of Anna and wait until she beeps. Then she will connect.
    • The robot WIFI can now also be found in the wifi networks.
