Anna: does not start/react.
Anna does not start when you press the button on the robot. The remote control also does not work.
The robot is probably in sleep mode (hibernating). Anna does this after 24 hours of not being used.
- Turn the robot ON/OFF on the side.
- Try to turn on the robot with the remote control or button on top of the robot.
To avoid this, there are two solutions;
- Install the latest software/firmware update via the APP.
Go to the gear icon in the APP -> Check For update. - Set the robot to automatically start working every day.
Always leave the robot on the charging station and make sure it is connected to the wall socket/outlet. This way the robot always remains ready for use and the battery has the longest lifespan.
