Bobbie 2.0: reset

To control the Zoef Robot via the App, you must use the Zoef Robot smart App. To connect, you will first need to reset the robot so that it can reconnect, as it has previously been connected to the App.

For the Bobbie 2.0 or Bobbie 2.0 with water spray (white device), you can press and hold the reset button on the robot, as circled in the image, for 5-8 seconds. This will disconnect the robot and allow it to be reconnected. The robot must be turned on for this.

You must have the connection cable connected to the robot. If this does not work, you must first press and hold the robot to turn it on, and then press and hold the reset button. If you press and hold the reset button correctly, the light will flash and the robot will open for connection, and you can see the robot at the top via the plus sign in the App under "add device" if you have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile. If it does not appear there, you can click on Bobbie under "add manually" and then click through to connect manually.
