Bobbie 4.0: Reset to connect
We have instructions on how to 'reset' the robot so that it can connect.
- Connect the robot to the connection cable. You do not need to let the robot vacuum.
- Press the top right button on the remote control.
- Disconnect the robot from the power cable, and then reconnect it to the power cable.
- If the robot does not immediately appear in the App, you can press this button on the remote control again (without the robot vacuuming), and then the robot will be found in the App.
