James: has weak suction

If the James stick vacuum cleaner has weak suction, the dustbin or filter is blocked with dust.
Remove the dust from the bin and from the filters. If the problem is still not resolved, it could also be that the roller brush is stuck with long hairs or threads. Counteracting the problem is quite simple: remove the long hairs or threads from the roller brush and then James should be perfect for use again!
