Jannie 4.0/4.1: Robot does nothing anymore

1. Check if the ON/OFF button on the side/bottom is ON.

1.1 Does the robot turn on manually but not with the remote control? Check if the remote control batteries are dead, then:

• Clean the contact points on the bottom of the robot and on the charging station thoroughly.

1.2 Does the robot respond, but immediately search for the charging station?

• The battery is not charged. Place the robot on the charging station.
• The battery is not charging? -> Make sure the contact points on the robot and the charging station are completely clean. Go over them with a scouring pad to ensure they make good contact.
• The battery is dead. Order a new battery here.

1.3 Does the robot not respond and only the light on the charging station is on?

• Try changing the on/off switch on the bottom of the robot about 5 times and then turn Jannie back to 'on' and then place it on the charging station.

1.4 The robot does not start and beeps once. The dustbin is missing or not properly attached.
