Jannie: Robot does nothing anymore

1. Check if the ON/OFF button on the side/bottom is ON.

1.1 Does the robot turn on manually but not with the remote control? Check if the remote control batteries are dead, then:

• Clean the contact points on the bottom of the robot and on the charging station thoroughly.

1.2 Does the robot respond, but immediately start looking for the charging station?

• The battery is not charged. Place the robot on the charging station.
• The battery is not charging? -> Make sure the contact points on the robot and the charging station are completely clean. Go over them with a scouring pad to ensure they make good contact.
• The battery is dead. Order a new battery here.

1.3 The robot does not respond and the light only illuminates on the charging station?

• Try changing the on/off switch on the bottom of the robot about 5 times and set Jannie back to 'on' and then on the charging station.
  
  

1.4 The robot does not start and beeps once. The dustbin is missing or not properly attached.
