What are you insured for?

• Theft
  Has your product been stolen? Report it immediately, but no later than within 24 hours, to the police. Then report your damage to Zoef Robot Customer Service. You will then receive the current price of the same or equivalent replacement product in Zoef Robot credit, minus the deductible of € 40,-. You can then choose a new product yourself.

• Fall and impact damage
  Do you have fall or impact damage? Then you can have your product repaired at Zoef Robot. The costs will be covered by the insurance. You only have to pay the deductible of € 40,-.

Repair not possible?

If repair is not possible, or if the costs for it are disproportionately high compared to a replacement product? Then you will receive the current price of the same or equivalent replacement product in Zoef Robot credit, minus the deductible of € 40,-. You can then choose a new product yourself.

• Scratches and dents
  Please note: scratches and dents that do not affect normal use are not covered by the insurance.

• Water damage
  Has your product been damaged because it came into contact with a liquid? Then you can have your product repaired at Zoef Robot. The costs for this will be covered by the insurance. You only have to pay the deductible of € 40,-.

• Manufacturing defects outside the warranty
  Does your product no longer work and is this not covered by the standard warranty or has the warranty expired? Then the repair costs will be covered by this insurance. You only have to pay the deductible of € 40,-.

• Manufacturing defects under warranty
  Manufacturing defects covered by the warranty will be repaired free of charge. You do not need insurance for that.

• Deductible of € 40,- In case of damage or theft, you pay a deductible of € 40,-. Are the repair costs lower than the deductible? Then you only have to pay the repair costs.
