Yes, Willem is equipped with a HEPA 11 filter that captures 99% of all pollen and molds, which is ideal for people with allergies.

Yes, Willem can be used on multiple floors. You can manually move him to another floor and start a new cleaning round there.

It is recommended to regularly clean the brushes and filters and replace them if necessary.

First use 

Once you have connected the robot in the App, you can let the robot start cleaning in the areas you want to clean. 

To do this, choose  -> Schedule cleaning

• The robot will clean in blocks. It will create a map in the App as it drives.
• As soon as the map is gray, the robot is still busy or has yet to finish.
• The robot will return to the charging station when it thinks it has finished everything.
• The map will be colored. As a sign that it is finished.
• If necessary, you can now set a NoGo zone by choosing No access and drawing the forbidden areas on the map.
• Save the map by tapping the dots (settings) and then going to map selection management .
• Choose save so that it saves the complete map. You can then select it to always use it for a cleaning.

Daily use

Manual:

• Choose Clean room. Select the rooms to be cleaned and Start the cleaning.
  Do not choose Clean at the bottom left. In that case, the robot will re-map the rooms.

Schedule/program

• Set a cleaning schedule by going to  to Settings -> Timer 

Set the time and suction power and choose whether Willem should do everything or only selected rooms for cleaning. -> Save

We recommend not using more than 2 rooms of 150m2 for Willem to work in.

The reason for this is that Willem stores a map of the rooms he is in. So, if you save 2 rooms in the App and Willem, for example, goes to do the next room on a different day, something in that room might have changed. This could be a door that is open or closed, or a shift of objects in the room, causing Willem to close off or split a room and thus not finish the room properly. This would be annoying for you if you expected that room to be completely done, but it wasn't due to the changes in the map.

It is therefore not very wise to use many different rooms for 1 Willem.

Willem and Willem 2.0 are our best robot vacuum cleaners. They both have an extraction unit (Willem 2.0), but there are differences between the two.

• Both have powerful suction and the ability to mop.
• Willem comes standard with an emptying station, while Willem 2.0 is available in different variants.
• Willem 2.0 is available as a robot vacuum cleaner with a charging station.
• The emptying station for Willem works with the normal dustbin. For Willem 2.0, it only works with the 2-in-1 rotating mop/dustbin.
• Willem has a flat mop, Willem 2.0 has the option for rotating mops that truly scrub the floor.
• Willem 2.0 has the option for a self-cleaning station. This cleans the mops, dries them, and refills the robot with water.

The dust bag in the charging station can store up to 60 days of dirt, depending on usage and the amount of dirt in your home.

No, Willem is equipped with a mopping system that you can easily install. However, the robot will then only mop. Of course, it can still vacuum with the included dustbin.

Willem is suitable for carpets up to approximately 1.5 cm high. For higher carpets, you can mark these zones as 'forbidden areas' in the app.

In addition to the app, Willem can also be operated with the included remote control or simply by pressing a button on the device itself.

Charging Willem takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

The dustbin in Willem has a capacity of 600 ml.
